Multi-Fab Construction have been selected as nominated structural steel suppliers for Morrisons on many occasions over the last 3 years. All of the contracts are challenging to say the least, extending the store and usually the cafe area whilst the store remains operational,presents its own unique problems.
Stratford in East London was indeed a challenge. Non of the steelwork required was straight forward with many feature areas (note the curved entrance detail). Space was at an absolute premium both in terms of work area and storage facility. Once again, we helped the main contractor, Clugston, to complete the works to programme and to Morrisons complete satisfaction. |
